The Cole Harbour C@P Site is a free, public computer access point, located in Cole Harbour Place, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We offer 8 computer terminals in our upstairs location, and 11 in the library. We also offer a number of classes for the public, in order to learn how to use computers, the internet, and technology.
