About the Cole Harbour C@P Association
The Cole Harbour C@P Association is a non-profit organization that was incorporated on November 14, 2000. It is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We offer public Internet access at no cost via 11 PCs in the Cole Harbour Library and 8 in the Computer Learning Centre. The two facilities together receive over 500 walk-in users per week and over 40 hours in volunteer services from community members.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am - 4pm for the month of September.
